We approach sustainability holistically and focus on conserving resources

For us, sustainability means protecting resources, saving energy, closing loops, and acting responsibly. We constantly upgrade our machinery. Electric injection molding machines, energy-efficient peripherals, and smart process controls cut each machine’s energy use by up to 40 percent.

Active contribution to the circular economy

We refine our production processes, cut resource use, and bolster the circular economy with more than just efficient energy practices. Clear recycling pathways achieve a recycling rate of about 90 percent, while the rest undergoes thermal recovery. This approach reduces waste, emissions, and costs simultaneously.

Using advanced tools like 3D CNC measuring machines, precise methods such as annealing residue analysis and density testing in a muffle furnace, and the expertise of our quality assurance team, we ensure consistently high standards in our solutions. And we don’t stop at meeting expectations — we exceed them.

We are ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certified, meeting the high-quality standards of the automotive, medical, and chemical industries, as well as equipment manufacturing, electrical engineering, and mechanical and plant engineering. Formzeug also enables sampling in accordance with the automotive standards VDA and PPAP.

Our ISO 14001 certification reflects our commitment to conserving resources, promoting recycling, and practicing sustainability.

By end of 2026, we aim to achieve TISAX certification. Additional measures to enhance information security are underway — because trust is a matter of course for us.
