The perfect material for your plastic component
We blend precise craftsmanship with advanced injection molding and cutting-edge toolmaking. Choose from over 400 plastics and polymer compounds, including standard options like ABS, polyamides (PA6, PA6. 6 GF30), polycarbonates (PC), and polypropylene (PP), as well as specialized solutions like TSG foam molding and high-performance polymers such as PEEK.
A broad selection of materials for every need
As an experienced toolmaker and injection molding specialist, we serve industries such as automotive, industrial, electronics, and mechanical engineering. We prioritize quality, reliability, and resource efficiency. Our promise: the right material in the right process, ensuring your plastic component meets every requirement.
We use regranulates, optimize energy use, and advise you in choosing materials based on strength, flame resistance, UV stability, media resistance, and cost-efficiency. We manufacture injection-molded parts ranging from 1 to 4,500 g and provide the ideal process for your product: 2K injection molding, thermofoam molding (TSG foam molding/TSG injection molding), or processing high-performance and specialty polymers like TPE, TPV, PEEK, or glass fiber-reinforced types such as PA6 GF30.
